We see God establish and honor His covenant through Jesus Christ with His people. This covenant relationship provides numerous benefits, protections, and responsibilities. From fruitfulness and divine protection to guidance and deliverance, the covenant relationship between God and His people reveals a pattern of divine care and human responsibility that form the foundation of faith.

Deliverance ministry is Jesus' ministry. He is the only Deliverer and Savior. Individuals are freed from spiritual bondage through the power of Jesus Christ alone. While "deliverance" can be a triggering term for some, Jesus frequently cast out demons and delivered people from unclean spirits. Other terms include binding and loosening, cutting off, or breaking strongholds. The process requires discernment, patience, and a deep reliance on the Holy Spirit. As Christians, we are engaging in a spiritual battle that requires understanding and our active participation. This warfare isn't against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil. Through Christ, we have authority to overcome these forces and walk in victory.

Because many believers unknowingly (or in some cases, knowingly) engage in practices that give demons authority in their lives, such as occult involvement (quiji boards), New Age practices (crystals), Reiki, astrology, palm readings, and so forth – and further holding onto ‘debts’, including a root of bitterness, deliverance may be necessary. Abide Home Church believes that Jesus is the one who delivers and saves. We partner with Jesus, through his Holy Spirit, to work with you to break-off any demonic oppression and help you walk out your freedom in Christ. We have Jesus' authority to cast out demons, but only He will deliver you!
